The villa can be rented out three ways...the whole villa ~ 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath ~ or 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath. The whole villa is around 2500 sq. ft., it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it is set up as follows...

The top floor has two bedrooms w / AC and two bathrooms, one being a master suite. The beds are custom bamboo, one king and one queen. There is a full kitchen, large living room with T.V. DVD, CD and Ipod player.

 The living room is large with open beam ceilings and wonderful views. This floor has a full size washer & dryer and a private digital safe for your convenience!

The middle floor has one large bedroom w/ king bed & AC (this bedroom has a futon ) and 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room with queen size sleeper sofa , T.V. DVD, CD, Ipod player and private digital safe. It is very spacious with great views! There are two queen size Aero beds for use on either floor.

Both floors have large patio/balconies with ocean and rain forest views , it is so relaxing to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. The entrances are separate to each floor and there are bar-b-ques too!  We do have internet connection for free, just bring your lap top!

Stays longer than one week are prorated daily. All taxes are included. Stays longer than 2 weeks are given a 10% discount. We offer all adventure tours and airport transfers, complete tour books are in each of the living rooms for you to read and decide on what looks fun!
